Bookings & Payments

How do I request a quote?

Use Book Now to pick a service, fill in dates, destination, group size, budget, and interests. Our team replies with a tailored quote via email/phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major cards. Your invoice includes secure payment instructions.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 30–50% deposit confirms reservations (lodges, flights, vehicles). Balances are typically due 30–14 days before travel, depending on supplier policy.

Can I change or cancel my trip?

Changes are usually possible subject to availability and supplier rules. Cancellations follow the policy outlined on your invoice/itinerary; we always try to minimize fees.

Visas, Insurance & Documents

Do you help with visas?

Yes. We guide you on requirements, application links, and invitation letters where applicable. Final approval is with the issuing authority.

Do I need travel insurance?

Strongly recommended. We can arrange comprehensive policies covering medical, trip interruption, baggage, and evacuation.

What documents should I carry?

  • Passport valid 6+ months from entry
  • Visa/eTA (if required)
  • Travel insurance certificate
  • Vaccination records if applicable (e.g., Yellow Fever)
